Shop policies

Welcome to RBZ shop guidelines, please read through so that our communication through the purchasing process is as clear as possible, thank you and I wish you a pleasant shopping experience.

- Payments -

Payments are accepted through PayPal only.
Payments that will not get cleared up in 3 days would be considered as canceled, if you require more time just let me know.
Items will be made / sent only after payment is cleared.

- Cancellation -

If you've made an order and would like to cancel it, please contact me ASAP, if the order hasn't been shipped yet you will get a 100% refund.
Once an order has been shipped, you will be responsible for shipping fees for returning the item, you will get full refund on item price only once I receive it in the same condition as I sent it.

- Additional Costs -

Please take into consideration that RBZ cannot be held accountable for any extra customs duties, VAT or import fees of your country, you can find information about it at your local post office or the post website, familiarize yourself with your country policy to avoid unpleasant surprises.
Buyer is responsible in case of such additional costs.

- Deadlines -

Once payment is cleared, please allow up to 14 business days for item(s) to be processed and shipped, every piece of jewelry is hand crafted just for you.
However, if I have your item(s) ready in stock I will probably ship it within 1-3 business days, I always do my best to ship your order as fast as possible.

Deadlines for custom orders may vary as they are being designed and crafted especially by your request, I do my best to complete all orders as fast as possible, but good art takes time, please be patient, I promise to keep you posted through the creative process and you will receive a unique detailed item.

- Shipping methods -

I ship all items through the basic registered mail service.

Expected time of arrival is anywhere from 7-21 days to Europe, and 14-28 days to the US, these estimations are based upon information given by the postal service - delays are possible (especially during the holiday season) and are the postal service's responsibility.

Please note that the postal service will not consider a package lost until 45 days have passed.

Once I ship the item I have no control of what happens to it along the way, but if something does happen, I promise to do my best to track it and provide you with accurate information.

If you would like a faster / insured shipping method, please contact me for additional cost information.

- Returns & Refunds -

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, contact me within 14 days after the order is received and I will do everything in my power to resolve the issue.

In the event of a return, return of items must be initiated within 14 days in it's new and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees which must be via registered, insured mail. If you choose not to insure your item for its return trip I will not be held responsible for lost mail or shipping damages.

I do not refund for returns that are lost in the post, you will have to claim from the postal service yourself if this ever occurs.

If no issue is stated within 14 days after the item is received than I consider it as a successfully completed transaction, no return / refund is possible after that period.

Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded in any way.

- Guarantee -

I guarantee that all the items in my shop are designed and hand crafted by me.

As a pedantic person I always do my best to create a high quality product.

All orders leave my studio after I'd carefully packed & checked them, I take a photograph of every package to insure that it left my studio in a new and unharmed condition.

I promise to reply to any of your questions as fast as I can and provide accurate information as far as my knowledge goes, If I don't know the answer to your question I will do my best to research and find the answer.
